About The Bid Zone

My name is Sarah, and I developed The Bid Zone as an extension of my business support consultancy, Smallbizbod. I have more than ten years of experience managing end to end bidding processes, successfully securing contracts for clients across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors.

To support the growth of my bid management services, I published a comprehensive guidebook covering every stage of the tender process, available in both paperback and Kindle formats. I also offer tailored training, and deliver a half day workshop that has been well received by participants whether they are new to bidding or looking to strengthen existing skills.
