My name is Sarah, and I developed The Bid Zone as an extension of Smallbizbod, my business operations offering focused on helping organisations get the right things done. As well as delivering hands-on operational input, I take a proactive approach, identifying the actions needed to move businesses forward.

I have over ten years of experience managing end-to-end bidding processes, successfully securing contracts for clients across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors.

Alongside my bid management work, I’ve published a comprehensive guide to the tender process, available in paperback and Kindle formats. I also provide tailored training, including a half-day workshop that’s been well received by participants, whether they’re new to bidding or looking to strengthen their existing skills.
